    -   Richard has been involved in the manufacturing field since 1992, and established ConXept Ltd in 1999,
        and specialized in Dental Products Manufacturing since then.

	- -	Our people have over 30-year experience in precision plastic injections and precision tooling fabrication. Our strength is in dental products development & technical problems solving.

•	Medical Quality System Expert Team:
	- -	Our people have over 20-year medical manufacturing experience. We have experience in setting up quality system (as ISO13485, FDA, GMP, BRC) in factories.

His invention was selected as the Gold Winner in the 2007 Medical Design Excellence Awards (MDEA) competition, the premier award program for the medical technology community. And this thermoplastic drill template is licensed worldwide to Straumann AG based in Switzerland.
